In-Store Repairs - In-Store Repairs are charged at a set fee of £35 this includes diagnosing, testing and repairing. Other charges may apply such as replacement hardware and fitting charges but you will be informed of these before work commences.

Call out - Call outs are charged at £35 pounds per hour - Applies to non-internet related issues

please be aware of the following before calling us out to Internet related problems.

Please make sure that the problem does not lie with your service provider and that your broadband line has been enabled before calling out our staff as if we do come out and the problem lies with your service provider then you will still be charged for the time spent diagnosing.
